David M. Peraino
David Peraino is a founding partner of Peraino Malinowski LLP. David represents developers, property owners, design professionals, and construction managers in a variety of construction-related disputes. He has drafted and negotiated contracts having a total value of more than one billion dollars pertaining to the design and construction of major projects. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating neighbor access agreement on behalf of both developers and adjacent property owners. He has obtained precedent-setting decisions at both the trial and appellate levels in the RPAPL 881 field.
David skillfully represents clients in litigations, at both the trial and appellate levels, arbitrations and other dispute resolution forums. He advises clients in connection with construction defect claims, delay claims, professional malpractice claims, insurance coverage issues, and issues pertaining to RPAPL 881.
David was a partner for nearly four years at a pre-eminent construction law firm prior to starting Peraino Malinowski LLP. Prior to that, he obtained his juris doctor, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, and his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Providence College.
