Mohammad Hassan
Mohammad is an associate at Peraino Malinowski LLP. Mohammad has experience in representing developers, property owners, architects, engineers and contractors in litigation and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Peraino Malinowski LLP, Mohammad served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn E. Wade, J.S.C. at the New York State Supreme Court Kings County Civil Term, where he handled most of the Court’s real estate matters. Mohammad’s clerkship provided him with extensive experience as to the innerworkings of the Court system.
Mohammad is a graduate of Fordham Law School and Brooklyn College. As a law student, he was an extern in the Community Economic Development Clinic, where he worked closely with then-Borough President Eric Adams on a capital grant to purchase property for a non-profit organization.
